Absolutely fantastic service was given an estimated arrival time that was longer than I hoped for however was contacted quickly to say driver was on his way.. driver 212 was brilliant polite and pleasure to travel with but the icing on the cake was the price which came in at around £4 cheaper than competitors which to me is a huge saving considering 3 journeys and I’d have a free journey in comparison!! Operator was friendly too! Great customer service! Thank you will deffo recommend

Very quick response. The local cab office by abbey wood had no drivers and as a senior person, I didn’t want to wait on the street for a long time. So when I rang amber and my taxi was there in 5 mins, I was very impressed with the service. The controller very polite and professional. As was the Driver . Very many thanks.

I’ve needed 2 emergency trips to A&E and back this week.
All four drivers concerned were extremely kind and both outbound drivers changed their routes to the hospital to give me a smoother ride.
Fantastic service - hadn’t used Amber before but will be using from now on

I won’t be using this cab company again!! Asking me for money before I even sat down. I have been a regular customer and have never not paid for my fare! If I wasn’t in a hurry I would’ve just walked away and then I call the office to query and this man tells me that it’s because it’s over £20 and that’s just a bunch of bull!!! I hope you lose more customers!!!! I have always paid my fare on arrival of my destination.

Not sure the driver was fit to drive as there were some scary parts during the journey where he was suddenly breaking... for no reason as no cars in the streets at 4am..
What is the point of wearing the mask if then in the car he moved it below his mouth...

My journey was so relaxing and peaceful. Amber lets you know who your driver is, estimated time of arrival, and when they’ve arrived. The driver was prompt, helpful, and friendly. Most importantly, I got to my destination in good time.

(The car was spotless and the driver disinfected everything again when I got out - thank you)

I don’t usually complain but this cab driver was so rude, I’m heavily pregnant and was picking up some storage boxes up from wilkos, I had my daughter and brother with me and because these storage boxes was not collapsed the driver decided to charge me extra. When I asked why he said because I they wouldn’t fit in a normal size car even so after I put them in the boot there was so much room left in there.. what if I had a pram and loads of shopping, would he still have done the same.

My telephone booking was answered promptly.

I hope that the assigned driver Simon would not mind me referring to him as ‘old school’, but he:

1) had no requirement for a sat nav
2) knew the re-routes around pre-existing road works
3) given my disability, he even carried my shopping bags to the front door

Highly recommended, deserved every 1 of the 5 stars.

Called at 1805 to make a booking, was informed that it would be 10 minutes, at 18.25 no sign, called again said maybe held in traffic and.be 5 minutes, 10 minutes later the cab arrives.

Had a driver named Abiodun who made sure me and my family were able to get to the airport in time for our flight, despite the heavy traffic across London. Abiodun managed to find different routes and was able to beat traffic effectively.
